Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we only offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund within the same week.
Customers have the right to inspect the item upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition or appearance, you may choose not to accept the item, but please note that shipping fees will still apply.
